House or Square Sublimation MDF Blanket Tag/ Trivet? Shelf Sitter

These blanket tags are more than just tags—they can be transformed into gift card holders or even trivets after the blanket has been gifted!

You can choose between two shapes: house or square. Each tag comes with a cork backing, gift card holder parts, and feet for multiple uses.

Sublimation instructions:
Press at 385°F for 60 seconds using firm pressure.

Assembly is simple:

• Peel off the 3M tape and stick on the gift card backing and cork.
• For a nice presentation, use removable glue dots to attach the feet to the back, as shown in the picture.
• You can also include a note for the recipient, letting them know they can remove the feet and turn the tag into a shelf sitter once it’s been untied.
