ORDER PROCESSING
Our typical order processing or turn around time (TAT) is 3-5 business days. However, this is dynamic and based on order volume. Please contact us if you have a deadline so we can discuss our ability to meet your needs. Please understand the processing time is the duration between when your order is placed and when it is provided to the shipping / logistics company; this does not include transit time. Additionally, we are not responsible for delays in the delivery of your order relating to the carrier or caused by weather.
RETURNS
Returns are not accepted due to variance in sizing or fitment issues. If you have any issues with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to resolve the problem to your utmost satisfaction.
DAMAGES
If any of your order is received damaged, please contact us immediately! By providing prompt notification, you allow us to work with the logistics provider to investigate the fault and/or cause of the damage and file a claim for replacement if necessary.
